  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped maraschino cherries (drained and patted dry)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the shredded coconut over the crust.
  5. Add a layer of chopped walnuts, followed by chocolate chips.
  6. Distribute the chopped maraschino cherries evenly over the top.
  7. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
