Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz total)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni or diced turkey bacon
  • ½ cup diced chicken ham
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 ½ cups marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan well with cooking spray or butter.

Cut each biscuit into quarters and place in a large bowl.

Add shredded mozzarella, turkey bacon, chicken ham, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and melted butter to the biscuit pieces. Toss everything together until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture into the greased bundt pan, pressing down lightly to compact.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Allow to cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired, and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • To Prevent Sogginess: Always toast the French bread before adding toppings to maintain a crisp texture.

  • Biscuit Dough Tip: Cut dough evenly for uniform baking and a perfect pull-apart result.

  • Customize Freely: These recipes work great with vegetarian swaps, spicy versions, or gluten-free bread alternatives.

  • Dips Make a Difference: Pair with marinara, ranch, or garlic butter for enhanced flavor and presentation.

  • Make Ahead Friendly: Assemble ahead and refrigerate before baking to save time on event day.
