Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 jalapeños, finely diced (remove seeds for less heat)

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch) or 3 smaller ones

  • Optional: chopped green onions for extra flavor

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.

  • Stir in the crumbled turkey bacon and green onions, if using.

  • Spread the mixture evenly over the tortillas, all the way to the edges.

  • Roll up each tortilla tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up (optional but recommended for clean slicing).

  • Slice into ½- to 1-inch pinwheels and arrange on a platter for serving.

  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Soften cream cheese before mixing for easy spreading.

  • Chill rolls before slicing for clean, even pinwheels.

  • Adjust heat by using more or fewer jalapeños.

  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days—perfect for prepping ahead.

  • Serve cold or at room temperature for best texture and flavor.
