Spicy Bacon Jalapeño Popper Pinwheels are cool, creamy, and packed with bold flavor. Made with tortillas, cream cheese, bacon, and jalapeños, these no-bake pinwheels deliver the heat of jalapeño poppers in a quick, mess-free format. Perfect for parties, potlucks, and snack boards.
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 jalapeños, finely diced (remove seeds for less heat)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 large flour tortillas (10-inch) or 3 smaller ones
Optional: chopped green onions for extra flavor
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Stir in the crumbled turkey bacon and green onions, if using.
Spread the mixture evenly over the tortillas, all the way to the edges.
Roll up each tortilla tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up (optional but recommended for clean slicing).
Slice into ½- to 1-inch pinwheels and arrange on a platter for serving.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Soften cream cheese before mixing for easy spreading.
Chill rolls before slicing for clean, even pinwheels.
Adjust heat by using more or fewer jalapeños.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days—perfect for prepping ahead.
Serve cold or at room temperature for best texture and flavor.
